What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting and greeting clients, quickly assessing their needs and guiding them through fabric options
- Recommending fabrics and suit styles based on fashion knowledge and individual client preferences
- Measuring clients for custom orders, ensuring a confident and comfortable customer experience
- Collaborating closely with tailors to relay important order details and maintain quality standards
- Managing shop displays, ensuring that fabric selections are tidy, organized, and enticing
- Keeping up with the latest trends in men’s fashion and sharing those insights with the team
- Occasionally assisting the manager with inventory checks and order tracking
- Acting as a role model for excellent customer service, especially during busy periods
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid experience selling fabric or working in a tailoring/men’s fashion environment
- Confident communication skills (in any language commonly used with our customers)
- An eye for color, material, and fit — passion for helping customers look and feel their best
- Comfort with taking customer measurements, or willingness to learn quickly
- Friendly attitude and a genuine curiosity to learn what makes each customer tick
