What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making outbound calls to clients and prospects, introducing our company’s offerings in a clear, professional manner
  • Listening actively to understand customer needs and answering questions with confidence and a personal touch
  • Handling queries, following up on leads, and ensuring no conversation is left unfinished
  • Keeping detailed records of calls and updating our CRM with accurate information
  • Supporting the team during peak campaigns — yes, we all pitch in when things get busy!
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share feedback, refine our pitches, and celebrate wins (big or small)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • A friendly, clear phone manner — if people tell you they like talking to you, that’s a great start
  • Comfort with basic computer tasks and recording information accurately
  • The ability (and patience) to handle multiple calls a day with enthusiasm
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a bonus)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous telecalling or customer service experience
