What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome — first impressions really matter here.
- Safely park and retrieve a wide variety of vehicles, treating each one as if it were your own.
- Communicate clearly with guests, answering questions and offering assistance with a smile.
- Navigate the busy Concord Tower drop-off zone with calm and confidence, even during rush hour.
- Perform quick vehicle inspections to note any pre-existing damage before parking.
- Cooperate closely with teammates and supervisors to keep operations smooth and efficient.
- Occasionally assist with light directions or help clients find their way around the building.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid UAE driving license (manual and automatic preferred)
- Age between 20 and 30
- Strong communication skills in English (extra points for additional languages!)
- Friendly, approachable personality with a sharp eye for detail
- Proven customer service attitude — you genuinely like helping people
- The ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous valet, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
