About the Role

HalaPark is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join its team as Valet Drivers in the heart of Dubai Media City at Concord Tower. As a Valet Driver, you will play a central role in ensuring that every client’s first and last impression of HalaPark is a positive one.

Responsibilities

As a Valet Driver at HalaPark, your daily activities will include:

• Greeting clients and providing a warm, professional welcome upon arrival
• Safely and efficiently driving, parking, and retrieving client vehicles
• Ensuring all vehicles are handled with the utmost care and respect
• Maintaining clear and friendly communication with clients at all times
• Assisting guests with directions, information, and any special requests
• Keeping the valet area organized and free of hazards
• Reporting any incidents, damages, or concerns to the supervisor promptly
• Adhering to all traffic regulations and HalaPark’s operational standards

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Age between 20 and 30 years old
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable manner
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Good physical condition to stand for extended periods and manage frequent walking
• Attention to detail to ensure vehicle safety and accurate ticketing
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Previous valet or driving experience is advantageous but not mandatory
