Responsibilities

As a Valet Parking Driver, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and courteously upon their arrival to the hotel or club
• Safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles with efficiency and care
• Maintaining a keen awareness of guest preferences and special requests
• Handling vehicles of various makes and models, including luxury and high-performance cars
• Ensuring the security of all vehicles in your care, adhering strictly to company and property protocols
• Managing ticketing systems for vehicle drop-off and pick-up, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Communicating professionally with guests, colleagues, and management to provide exceptional service
• Assisting guests with luggage or packages when needed
• Remaining attentive and proactive, anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations

Requirements

To excel in this role and deliver the standard of service our clients expect, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must possess a valid UAE Driving License with at least 1 year of remaining validity
• Own visa (residency or sponsorship) is required; we do not provide visa sponsorship for this role
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience in Dubai or within the UAE
• Currently residing in Dubai and familiar with local traffic regulations and routes
• Willingness and ability to arrange your own accommodation within Dubai
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Capacity to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
• Impeccable personal presentation and a keen sense of responsibility
