Ever picture yourself working with a sea breeze just steps away and a team that’s as welcoming as the Ajman sunrise? Whether you’re a seasoned hospitality pro or ready to start a fresh chapter, our growing team is looking for energetic personalities to join us at Ajman Cornish. With positions open from Waiter/Waitress to Captain/Trainee and Billing & Cashier, there’s a place here for anyone who takes pride in making every guest feel at home. Sound like the hospitality adventure you’ve been searching for?
About the Company
We’re more than just a busy dining destination on Ajman Cornish—we’re a melting pot of cultures, flavors, and personalities. Our team, drawn from all corners of the world, thrives in an environment where laughter is encouraged and hard work is celebrated. Evenings can get lively here, but there’s always someone ready to lend a hand or share a story over staff meals. Here, we treat each guest and teammate like a part of our extended family—yes, even on those extra-busy Friday brunches.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your exact day-to-day will depend on your role, but here’s a flavor of what to expect:
- Waiter/Waitress:
Welcome guests with genuine warmth, take orders efficiently, and deliver food with a smile (even when it gets busy). - Captain/Trainee:
Lead small teams during service, assist with training new hires, and help set the hospitality tone on the floor. - Billing & Cashier:
Handle bills and process payments with accuracy, resolve customer billing queries politely, and keep your station organized. - Work alongside a multicultural team, pitching in wherever needed—flexibility is a big plus here.
- Keep an eye on cleanliness and uphold our high standards, whether it’s arranging tables just so, or maintaining neat records at the counter.
What You’ll Bring
We know a great team is built on diverse strengths. Here’s what would make you shine:
Must-Haves:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn—hospitality experience is a plus but not always required for Trainee and Entry roles.
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a huge asset).
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays—hospitality is a team sport!
- For Billing & Cashier: basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café setting.
- A knack for remembering repeat customers and their preferences (it’s the little things!).
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Arabic, Hindi, or Filipino.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive monthly salary (AED 1800 to 3000) based on role and experience.
- Company-provided employment visa, accommodation, daily meals, and medical insurance.
- Transportation to and from work, depending on your location.
- All benefits in line with UAE Labour Law, including annual leave and end-of-service entitlements.
- Friendly, inclusive team where all nationalities and backgrounds are celebrated.
- Real opportunities to grow—many of our supervisors started on the floor!
- And did we mention staff meals with a view and a short stroll to the Cornish for fresh air on your break?
At the end of the day, we’re passionate about two things—delighting guests, and building a workplace where you’re valued for being yourself. If you’re ready to make your mark in Ajman’s hospitality scene, we can’t wait to meet you.
