What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your skills and interests, you could be:
- Greeting restaurant guests and making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and relaying them to the kitchen with care
- Serving dishes and drinks efficiently while checking in to see how guests are enjoying their meal
- Tidying dining areas, setting up tables, and ensuring every detail is just right
- Providing housekeeping service—making beds, replenishing amenities, keeping rooms and common areas spotless
- Responding to guest requests with warmth and professionalism
- Pitching in with extra tasks during busy spells (teamwork really is our secret ingredient)
- Following all health and safety practices to keep everyone safe and happy
