What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests as soon as they step through the door, making them feel truly welcome
- Guiding customers to their tables and presenting menus with a genuine smile
- Listening carefully and taking orders accurately, clarifying details with guests as needed
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to make sure every order is just right
- Checking in on tables—refilling water, answering questions, and recommending favorites from our menu
- Assisting with setting up and clearing tables, keeping the dining area inviting at all times
- Handling bills and payments efficiently and politely
- Responding gracefully to guest feedback—good or not-so-good—and ensuring any problems are resolved quickly
- Pitching in wherever needed; teamwork is how we shine during our busiest hours
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in a similar role (restaurant, café, or hospitality)
- Friendly and attentive attitude; your warmth makes guests feel valued
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays—our busiest times!
- Good spoken English (Arabic is a bonus, but not required)
