What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing walls by cleaning, smoothing, and priming surfaces, ensuring every job starts on the right foot
- Mixing and matching paints to achieve the desired color and finish (no “close enough” here—you’ll aim for perfect matches!)
- Applying paint evenly with brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, indoors and outdoors
- Carefully taping off edges, protecting surfaces, and maintaining a tidy workspace from start to finish
- Inspecting completed work, touching up spots, and making sure every wall leaves clients impressed
- Following safety rules at all times—for yourself, your teammates, and everyone on-site
- Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Pitching in with general site clean-up and maintenance when needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience as a wall painter—your hands-on skills matter
- Willingness to work hard, sometimes beyond regular hours (overtime is appreciated and compensated)
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in basic English
- Currently living in the UAE and available for a skills test—seeing you in action matters to us
- Reliable and punctual—a team is only as strong as each of its members
