What You’ll Be Doing
- Applying primer, paint, and finishing coatings to interior and exterior walls across residential and commercial sites.
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and making minor repairs as needed.
- Mixing and matching paint colors to achieve the desired result—sometimes creativity saves the day!
- Maintaining all painting tools and equipment, ensuring they’re clean and ready for use.
- Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times—everyone’s well-being matters.
- Communicating with team leaders and clients (in simple English) to ensure job expectations are met.
- Assisting with set-up, scaffolding, and site clean-up when jobs are completed.
- Working occasional overtime when projects need an extra push to the finish line.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a wall painter—you know the difference between a roller and a brush (and when to use both!).

- Basic English skills, enough to understand instructions and share simple updates with the team.
