What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations, making sure every task is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
- Coordinating teams of skilled workers from diverse backgrounds, ensuring clear communication and mutual respect
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to guide crews and troubleshoot on the fly
- Monitoring supplies and equipment — because the right tools make all the difference
- Addressing challenges as they arise, from last-minute client requests to unexpected site issues
- Keeping detailed records of progress, incidents, and attendance
- Acting as the go-to person between site workers and management, making sure everyone’s on the same page
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within construction or facilities projects
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities
- Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to motivate a team, even on tough days
- Working knowledge of health and safety standards on-site
- Valid UAE residency and availability for a full-time position in Deira
Nice-to-Haves:
