About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it's like to get Abu Dhabi's vehicles back on the road — everything from a grinding gearbox to a paint job that looks factory-fresh? We're building out our workshop in Mussafah M 10, and we're looking for hands-on people across a whole range of trades: diesel and petrol mechanics, hydraulic specialists, AC and auto electricians, supervisors and foremen, plus denters, painters, car wash attendants, and tyre technicians. This isn't a desk job — it's real work with real tools, and the kind of place where your skills are noticed. If you've been around a workshop before, you'll feel at home here fast.
About the Company
We run a busy, full-service automotive workshop in the heart of Mussafah's industrial area, and we've grown steadily by doing one simple thing well: fixing vehicles properly the first time. The team is a mix of experienced hands from across the region — people who've spent years under bonnets, in paint booths, and on the hydraulic ramp — and there's a genuine sense of camaraderie that comes from getting through a tough job together. Coffee gets made, tools get shared, and nobody's too proud to lend a hand when a colleague's stuck on a tricky diagnostic.
We're at a stage where we're expanding our crew, which means there's room to grow with us if you're the right fit. We're not a faceless chain — the people running this workshop know the work because they've done it themselves.
What You'll Be Doing
- Diesel & Petrol Mechanics: Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, and drivetrains — from routine servicing to full overhauls on light and heavy vehicles.
- Hydraulic Mechanics: Keep hydraulic systems on heavy equipment and trucks running smoothly, troubleshooting leaks, pressure issues, and component wear.
- AC & Auto Electricians: Trace electrical faults, service vehicle AC systems, and get everything from alternators to wiring harnesses working as they should.
- Workshop Supervisors & Foremen: Lead a shift, keep jobs moving on schedule, and make sure quality and safety standards are met every single day.
- Denters & Painters: Bring damaged panels back to life — prep, dent removal, and spray work that leaves customers impressed.
- Car Wash Attendants: Keep vehicles looking sharp, inside and out, with care and attention to detail.
- Tyre Technicians: Fit, balance, and repair tyres efficiently and safely, with an eye for wear patterns and alignment issues.

- Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are always a plus in our crew).
Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience with a mix of vehicle types — light cars, heavy trucks, or both.
- A UAE driving licence.
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you — experience comes in many shapes, and we're happy to talk.
Why You'll Love Working Here

We're not going to promise you the moon, but we will promise you a fair deal, a solid team, and steady work in a workshop that takes pride in what it does. If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd be glad to have you on board.
Common Interview Questions and Tips
To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.
- You're diagnosing a heavy truck that's losing hydraulic pressure on the lift system. Walk me through how you'd narrow down whether it's a pump issue, a leak, or a valve problem.
- Tell me about a time you traced an electrical fault that had other people stumped. What was the fault, and how did you track it down?
- For the painters and denters: how do you decide whether a panel needs repair or full replacement, and what does your prep process look like before spray work?
- Describe your process for a full engine overhaul on a diesel vehicle — from teardown to the point where you'd hand the keys back to the customer.
- How do you check tyre wear patterns to spot alignment or suspension problems before they turn into bigger issues?
- When you're balancing multiple jobs on a shift, how do you decide what gets priority — and how do you keep the customer informed when something's going to take longer than expected?
- Tell me about a time a job went wrong — a comeback, a missed fault, a damaged part. How did you handle it, and what changed afterward?
- Imagine a colleague is stuck on a tricky diagnostic and you're already behind on your own work. What do you do?
- Safety in a workshop isn't just a poster on the wall. Give me an example of how you've kept yourself or your team safe during a risky job.
- Supervisors and foremen: how do you balance pushing a team to hit deadlines with making sure quality doesn't slip?
- What drew you to workshop work in the first place, and what keeps you in it?
- This crew is a mix of people from different backgrounds and trades. How do you fit into a team like that — and what do you do when you don't see eye to eye with someone?
- We've had people join who were keen to grow into supervisor roles down the line. Where do you see yourself in a few years, and what would
