About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what keeps a busy office running smoothly behind the scenes? As our new Admin Clerk & Office Boy/Girl in the heart of Old Trade Center, Dubai, you’ll be the friendly face and organized force that keeps our daily operations humming. If you enjoy a workday where no two hours are exactly the same — and you take pride in being the go-to person everyone counts on — this could be your next home away from home.

About the Company

We’re a growing, tight-knit team based in one of Dubai’s most established business districts. Our office might get busy, but there’s always time for a shared joke by the coffee machine or a quick catch-up before the end of the week. We value reliability, honesty, and a can-do attitude much more than fancy job titles. Here, Friday afternoons are all about winding down together and celebrating the small wins (and yes, someone always remembers the snacks).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors with a friendly smile and making sure they feel welcome
  • Handling basic paperwork, filing, and data entry to keep things organized
  • Running simple office errands — from collecting mail to making sure supplies never run out
  • Assisting various teams with photocopying, scanning, and general admin support
  • Keeping the workspace tidy and well-stocked (because a clean office just feels better)
  • Helping set up meeting rooms and refreshments when needed
  • Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as they come up — flexibility is key here!

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar admin or office support role
  • Good communication skills in English (bonus points for other languages)
  • A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • Basic computer skills (you know your way around email and simple documents)
  • Already living in the UAE and ready to start soon
  • Must be comfortable working in a multicultural team

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 2,400 – 3,500 per month
  • Free visa and accommodation provided — so you can focus on your work, not paperwork
  • Weekly day off to recharge
  • Medical insurance coverage from day one
  • Chance to work with a welcoming, supportive team that values your contribution
  • Opportunities to grow and learn on the job

If you’re looking for a place where your reliability and positive energy matter — and where your efforts are truly appreciated — you’ll feel right at home with us.
