What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily floor and kitchen operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a diverse team—front and back of house—to deliver seamless service
- Resolving guest concerns with empathy, turning tricky situations into positive experiences
- Coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff for timely, accurate orders and smooth communication
- Managing inventory and supplier relationships, keeping everything from spices to seating in check
- Handling reservations and large bookings, always with an eye for maximizing guest satisfaction
- Upholding hygiene and service standards worthy of Dubai’s competitive dining scene
- Jumping in wherever needed—setting tables, greeting guests, or helping out during busy rushes
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant restaurant management or supervisory experience (preferably in the UAE)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Real understanding of guest service and the ability to keep calm under pressure
- Experience with inventory control and basic budgeting
- Good communication in English; talent for building rapport across a multicultural team
- Currently residing in the UAE (inside country applications only)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.)
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management
