About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it truly takes to keep a construction site running smoothly in the heart of Dubai’s bustling Al Quoz district? As a Site Engineer with our team, you won’t just oversee blueprints—you’ll bring them to life, ensuring every task aligns with the highest standards of quality and safety. This is your chance to make your mark with a respected construction company making waves across the region, all while shaping skylines and mentoring teams onsite.
About the Company
We’re not your average construction firm. Yes, we’re known for our impeccable track record and ambitious projects across Dubai, but what really sets us apart is our people. Our engineers are doers and problem-solvers, thriving in an environment where every day brings a fresh challenge. Collaboration is second nature here—weekly team barbecues and spontaneous site celebrations aren’t just perks, they’re a way of life. With an approachable management team, you’ll always feel heard and supported.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations, making sure construction progresses as planned—no two days are exactly the same.

- Coordinating closely with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to keep everyone aligned and deadlines on track.
- Inspecting work for adherence to safety guidelines and technical specifications—your attention to detail really matters here.
- Identifying, flagging, and helping resolve unexpected issues (because on a construction site, the best-laid plans need a nimble mind).
- Regularly updating project managers and clients on progress, challenges, and successes.
- Leading by example when it comes to enforcing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards at every turn.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous hands-on experience in a site engineering or similar onsite role, ideally within the UAE construction market.
- Solid understanding of technical drawings, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills—you’re comfortable bridging gaps between teams and contractors.
- Attention to detail paired with practical problem-solving instincts.
- Available and currently residing in the UAE.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary range: AED 6000 – 9000 per month.
- Full employment visa and comprehensive health insurance.
- Company-provided accommodation and daily transportation—one less thing to think about.
- Inclusive team culture with real opportunities for professional growth.
