What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Managing and mentoring a small but mighty administrative team with care and clarity
- Coordinating meetings, appointment schedules, and ensuring everyone’s calendar runs like clockwork
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence—think emails, phone calls, and documents—with professionalism and a personal touch
- Keeping a watchful eye on office supplies, placing timely orders so we never run out of essentials (yes, including coffee!)
- Acting as a helpful point of contact between management and staff, facilitating fast, clear communication across departments
- Supporting managers with reports, travel arrangements, and the occasional unexpected task
- Implementing or improving office processes to keep us operating smoothly and efficiently
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Experience in office management, administration, or a similar role—preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Confident communicator, whether that’s over email, phone, or face-to-face

- Comfortable with MS Office Suite and basic office tech
- Currently based in the UAE
