About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Curious about how the best-run offices keep those spinning plates in the air? We’re looking for an Administrative Staff Member to join our tight-knit team in Al Khabaisi, Dubai, focusing on Tasheel and Immigration Services. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role—one where your knack for organization and your people skills will directly impact both our smooth operations and our clients’ peace of mind. In a fast-evolving Dubai, your work will help individuals and businesses navigate crucial government processes with confidence.

About the Company

We’re a locally rooted, customer-first Tasheel & Immigration Services office—and we do things a little differently. Our workspace is always buzzing: team lunches, knowledge-sharing moments, and the gentle hum of purpose that comes from helping folks solve real-life problems. We’re proud of our reputation for being both highly professional and genuinely approachable. Whether it’s going the extra mile for a complicated client case or pulling together for a last-minute deadline, we believe in teamwork and open communication. Fridays sometimes mean a surprise treat after a winning week—and you’ll always find someone happy to share a coffee or lend a hand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day office routines—think document filing, supply checks, and keeping things running like clockwork
  • Handling a variety of Tasheel and Immigration paperwork: prepping documents, data entry, form typing, careful scanning, and digital archiving
  • Responding to client emails with both promptness and a warm, professional touch
  • Welcoming walk-in customers, listening to their needs, and offering clear, accurate guidance (with a smile!)
  • Following up with clients about pending paperwork, appointments, or clarifications—never letting a detail slip by
  • Coordinating with internal team members and external government offices to move applications along smoothly
  • Jumping in to assist wherever needed—sometimes it’s a team effort, and your positive attitude will set the tone

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Strong communication skills: you’re comfortable speaking and writing clearly in English (and other languages are a huge plus!)
  • Previous experience in office admin, preferably in a Tasheel, immigration, PRO, or related environment
  • Fast, accurate typing and data entry skills—details matter here
  • Solid organizational chops; you know how to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
  • Customer-first mindset (calm, helpful, and welcoming even when things get busy)
  • Familiarity with computers, MS Office, email, and office scanners/printers

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu especially)
  • Prior customer service experience in a walk-in retail or service setting
  • Knowledge of Dubai government portals and e-services procedures

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive local salary, paid on time—every time
  • Open, supportive work environment where your ideas and efforts are noticed
  • Opportunities to learn the ins and outs of government documentation and processes first-hand
  • Regular team lunches, birthday celebrations, and casual dress some days (we’re big on comfort)
  • Accessible Al Khabaisi location, convenient public transport links nearby
  • Clear pathways to grow within the team as your skills and interest develop
  • Flexible approach where we value work-life balance—no late nights required

You’ll join a group of professionals who genuinely care about making our work matter, for our clients and for each other. If you enjoy bringing order to chaos, thrive on helping others, and want to be part of a friendly, dedicated team, we’d love to meet you.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a monthly salary in the range of 4,000–5,500 AED for an Administrative Staff Member position in a Tasheel or Immigration Services office in Dubai, especially if you have relevant experience and strong English communication skills. Similar roles typically offer this range, factoring in the specific demands of government documentation, client interaction, and a fast-paced office environment.
