About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be at the crossroads of hospitality, property, and marketing—all with the Dubai skyline as your backdrop? Join us as a Marketing & Administration Staff member in our bustling Holiday Homes Division. If you love the idea of crafting guest experiences and running seamless operations, this is your chance to bring creativity and structure into one exciting role. The demand for high-quality short-term rentals is soaring, and your expertise could make you an indispensable fixture in this fast-growing market.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit team specializing in holiday home management right in the heart of Dubai—and yes, we take pride in turning ordinary stays into memorable getaways. Growth is happening fast here, but we haven’t lost the close-knit vibe you’d expect from a dynamic startup. Our office buzzes with energy, quick team stand-ups, and the occasional debate about the best shawarma in the Business Bay area. Collaboration isn’t a buzzword; it’s built into every part of what we do, from planning new marketing campaigns to brainstorming tech improvements for our guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate daily administration for our holiday home listings—keeping calendars, paperwork, and bills on track (no two days are the same!).
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns to boost bookings—think social media, listing sites, and direct guest communications.
  • Liaise with property owners, guests, and vendors to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between.
  • Create compelling property descriptions, listings, and visuals that stand out in Dubai’s competitive rental market.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis to keep our offerings sharp and on-trend.
  • Handle guest inquiries with warmth and efficiency (sometimes at short notice—flexibility is key).
  • Track performance metrics—bookings, occupancy rates, guest reviews—and suggest improvements.
  • Support the team during busy periods: sometimes this means rolling up your sleeves for a last-minute inspection or urgently sourcing new amenities.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in holiday home or short-term rental management within Dubai or Sharjah.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (social media, online listings, basic content creation).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—English is a must; Arabic is a big plus.
  • Organizational wizardry: juggling calendars, contracts, logistics, and guest needs comes naturally to you.
  • Comfort using common property and office management tools (think Excel, Airbnb portals, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Creative flair for photography or basic design to help market our listings.
  • Prior experience navigating the latest trends in Dubai’s hospitality scene.
  • Multi-lingual? Even better.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive Dubai-based compensation package.
  • Modern office in the Business Bay area with easy metro access.
  • Hybrid work options—split your time between the office, home, and our stunning properties.
  • Friendly, supportive team that values fresh ideas and initiative.
  • Real opportunity to grow with us as the division expands (new roles, more responsibility, and plenty of room to make your mark).
  • Team lunches, holiday celebrations, and that unbeatable Dubai business energy.

We believe that the best work happens when people feel trusted and inspired—here, your input won’t just be heard, it’ll shape our future. Ready to take your skills to the next level in Dubai’s thriving holiday homes sector? We can’t wait to meet you.
