About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever picture yourself surrounded by the sparkle of gold and the timeless appeal of fine jewellery? As a Sales Lady at one of Dubai’s established Gold & Jewellery Stores, your role goes far beyond transactions — you’ll help clients celebrate life’s biggest moments, big or small. With boutiques in Barsha, Al Karama, and Dubai Silicon Oasis, you’ll be part of a close-knit team bringing a piece of tradition and luxury to the city’s vibrant markets.
About the Company
Step inside our stores and you’ll quickly notice: we do things a little differently. We’re a family-run business with decades of heritage, where attention to detail isn’t just for the inventory — it’s for the way we treat customers, too. Our team is a lively mix of long-timers and fresh faces, always ready to lend a hand or share a story about that one unforgettable sale. Whether it’s sharing iftar during Ramadan or celebrating a colleague’s milestone, togetherness is part of our DNA — and our regular team lunches aren’t half-bad, either.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting each customer with a warm, sincere welcome (and a bit of sparkle in your step)
- Learning and sharing the stories behind our pieces, from classic bangles to modern designs, helping customers find the perfect fit
- Guiding clients through their buying journey — offering honest advice, answering questions with patience, and always aiming for satisfaction
- Handling sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring every detail is correct
- Maintaining our displays so they look inviting and dazzling, even on a busy afternoon
- Collaborating closely with your teammates to meet daily sales goals and create a positive atmosphere
- Staying on top of stock levels and communicating customer preferences to help shape our product selections
- Occasionally assisting with inventory counts or special events in-store

- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling basic sales paperwork
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu always appreciated!)
- Familiarity with Dubai’s retail and cultural scene
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
