About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to run the show behind some of Ajman’s most vibrant properties? As our next Real Estate Manager, you’ll be right at the pulse of residential and commercial spaces, guiding everything from smooth tenant experiences to seamless paperwork. This is more than just “property management”—it’s an opportunity to truly shape communities and make everyday living better for hundreds. If you thrive on variety and making a real impact, you might have just found your next home.

About the Company

At our heart, we’re a tight-knit, hands-on team dedicated to excellence in property management across Ajman. You won’t find endless layers of hierarchy here—expect direct communication, plenty of collaboration, and a workspace where new ideas are valued. We believe in clear processes, mutual respect, and a touch of Ajmani hospitality. Last year, our community barbecue brought together everyone from maintenance staff to the CEO…and yes, we take our falafel seriously.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of both residential and commercial properties—think of yourself as the go-to problem solver for our tenants and landlords.
  • Managing all stages of the leasing process: from listing to viewings, signings, and welcoming new tenants.
  • Handling rent collection, renewals, and ensuring timely documentation for every property under your care.
  • Liaising with government and municipal offices to ensure compliance, up-to-date certifications, and smooth processing of property documentation.
  • Addressing tenant queries, handling move-ins and move-outs, and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
  • Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams to make sure properties are kept in tip-top shape.
  • Maintaining accurate records—every file, every lease, every permit—organized with precision.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Solid experience (3+ years preferred) managing both residential and commercial real estate properties in the UAE.
  • Deep familiarity with Ajman government and municipal regulations, and a knack for navigating official procedures without a hitch.
  • Proven skills in tenant relationship management—you’re diplomatic, reliable, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong organizational abilities; nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a big plus.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with property management software (we use Yardi, but any system helps).
  • A local network of service providers, from maintenance to legal advisors.
  • Sense of humor—property management has its moments!

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package with performance bonuses.
  • Support for professional development and certifications (got your eye on RERA? We’ll help!).
  • Flexible working hours, plus options for partial remote work.
  • Friendly team outings, company breakfasts, and an open-door management style.
  • Dynamic, growing portfolio—never a dull moment, always a new challenge.

If you’re looking to work somewhere that values initiative, cares about the details, and encourages a bit of personality in the workplace, this is the place. Join us in shaping the future of Ajman’s property landscape—one lease, one building, one happy tenant at a time.
