About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the trusted go-to person for a diverse portfolio of Dubai properties? As our new Property Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for exceptional service and helping clients feel truly at home — whether they’re investors, tenants, or owners. In a fast-paced market where every day throws up something new, we’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and tackling challenges head-on.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team with big ambitions in Dubai’s ever-evolving real estate market. Our office is as dynamic as the skyline: energetic, collaborative, and (dare we say it) just a little bit competitive when it comes to coffee-making and deal-closing. We value clear communication, integrity, and making sure our clients walk away happy — because here, positive word of mouth is everything. Friday wrap-ups are a thing; so is sharing wins and learning together. If you like the idea of a supportive team that genuinely celebrates your growth, you’ll feel at home with us.

- Staying ahead of local real estate trends, advising clients, and maximizing occupancy rates
- Negotiating contracts and renewals with both new and existing tenants
- Handling client concerns with poise, patience, and confidence
- Providing regular status updates to landlords and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Strong confidence when interacting with clients and team members alike

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
