What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome clients and their furry companions with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile
- Handle appointment bookings, schedule changes, and general inquiries—both in person and over the phone
- Maintain organized, up-to-date digital records using our clinic software
- Process payments and issue receipts with accuracy and care
- Coordinate with the veterinary and nursing teams to ensure seamless daily operations
- Assist with light administrative duties (think: data entry, email follow-ups, and supply checks)
- Keep the reception area tidy and inviting—presentation really does matter here
- Offer reassurance and empathy to anxious pet parents (and sometimes to nervous pets!)
What You’ll Bring

- Strong communication skills (you’re approachable, clear, and a great listener)
- Proficiency in basic computer and office software (you won’t be lost in our system)
- Previous experience in a customer service or reception setting
- A friendly, professional, and well-groomed presentation

- Past work at a veterinary or medical clinic
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, or another regional language would be wonderful)
