About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Team at a Deluxe Hotel in Al Nahda, Sharjah
Ever imagined yourself at the heart of a hotel where every detail matters — where a freshly made bed or a warm welcome at the door can genuinely make someone's day? We're a deluxe hotel in Al Nahda, Sharjah, and we're growing our team right now. We're looking for room attendants, bellboys, kitchen staff, and housekeepers who take pride in what they do and want to be part of something that feels like family. If you've been searching for a role where your effort is noticed and your growth is real, this could be the one.
About the Company
We're not the kind of place that runs on autopilot. Our hotel has built its reputation on the small things — the way a guest's room feels when they walk in, the speed of a smile at the front desk, the quiet rhythm of a kitchen that never misses a beat. Our team is diverse, coming from all corners of the world, and that mix is exactly what makes our culture feel warm and genuine.
We're at an exciting stage of growth, which means there's real room to move up if you're willing to put in the work. Whether you're just starting out or you've been in hospitality for years, you'll find people here who genuinely want you to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Room Attendants: Keep guest rooms spotless and welcoming — making beds, refreshing linens, restocking amenities, and noticing the little details that make a room feel cared for.
- Bellboys: Be the first friendly face guests see — helping with luggage, guiding them to their rooms, and answering questions with a smile.
- Kitchen Staff: Support our culinary team with prep work, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and helping dishes go out on time, every time.
- Housekeepers: Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces so the whole hotel feels as polished as the rooms.
What You'll Bring
