Responsibilities

As a Car Detailing, Polishing, and PPF Specialist, your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive car care services that exceed client expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing extensive exterior and interior car cleaning, including vacuuming, shampooing, and deep-cleaning upholstery and carpets.
• Washing and decontaminating vehicle surfaces to prepare for further detailing processes.
• Executing professional waxing and polishing techniques to restore and enhance paintwork.
• Conducting paint correction procedures to remove swirl marks, scratches, and other imperfections.
• Applying high-quality car paint protection film (PPF) to various vehicle panels using specialized tools and methods, ensuring seamless adhesion and long-lasting protection.
• Inspecting vehicles before and after detailing to guarantee flawless results and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and company protocols.
• Collaborating with colleagues to manage workflow and meet customer timelines efficiently.

Requirements

To excel in this specialized role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in car detailing, polishing, and PPF (paint protection film) application, with a portfolio or references to showcase your expertise.
• Strong understanding of modern detailing techniques, products, and equipment related to automotive care and surface protection.
• Hands-on experience using professional-grade tools for cleaning, polishing, and film application.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering impeccable, high-quality results on every assignment.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and adapt to different vehicle makes and models.
• Good physical stamina, as the role involves repetitive motion, standing for extended periods, and occasionally working in varying temperature conditions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple vehicles and meet daily targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory to fulfill job requirements and facilitate the movement of vehicles as needed.
