Responsibilities

Technician

• Perform hands-on diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of a wide range of consumer electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Utilize advanced tools and AI-powered robotics to ensure precise and efficient device recovery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve device issues quickly while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Document repair processes and outcomes, ensuring transparency and traceability.
• Adhere to best practices in safety and environmental responsibility throughout the repair cycle.

Supervisor

• Oversee daily operations of the device repair and recovery unit, ensuring optimal workflow and resource allocation.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics, ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds company standards.
• Coordinate with management to strategize and execute process improvements utilizing AI and robotics.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior experience in electronics, robotics, logistics, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and repair techniques for consumer electronics (for Technicians).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills (for Supervisors).
• Proficient in utilizing modern technology and eager to learn about AI-powered and robotic solutions.
• Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to supporting green initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and quality.
