Key Responsibilities

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our site. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Efficient Operation: Operate JCBs and forklifts with precision, adhering to site requirements and work schedules.
• Safety Compliance: Consistently follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-operation checks, basic maintenance, and minor troubleshooting to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Site Coordination: Collaborate with site supervisors and co-workers to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance, and any incidents or observations related to machine performance.
• Adaptability: Assist with additional operational duties as required by site management.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience operating JCBs and/or forklifts in a construction or industrial setting.
• Certification: Valid operator license for JCB and/or forklift.
• Documentation: Ability to provide a current CV, passport, visa copies, operator license, and recent passport-sized photograph.
• Safety Focus: Strong commitment to safe work practices and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with others, displaying professionalism and reliability at all times.
• Adaptability: Flexible to work overtime as needed and adapt to changing site demands.
• Location: Willingness to work at our Business Bay, Dubai location.

Compensation and Benefits
