Responsibilities

While specific duties will vary by position, core responsibilities for these roles include:

• Multi Technician (MEP Tech):

  • Conducting maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Diagnosing faults and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

• Senior Electrician:

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment.
  • Supervising junior technicians and ensuring adherence to electrical codes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues.

• Plumber:

  • Assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Inspecting plumbing systems for leaks and potential problems.
  • Ensuring all work aligns with local regulations and safety standards.

• Civil Worker (Carpenter, Welding, Painting):

  • Undertaking a variety of civil works including carpentry, welding, and painting.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work orders.
  • Delivering high-quality finishes within project timelines.

• Driver:

  • Safely transporting staff, equipment, and materials to project sites.
  • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and adherence to traffic laws.
  • Supporting logistics and timely delivery of resources.

Requirements

To thrive in these positions, candidates should possess:

• Relevant hands-on experience in the respective trade or field.
• Current residency in Dubai (applications from outside Dubai cannot be considered at this time).
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality, reliability, and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• For Drivers: Valid UAE driver’s license and a clean driving record.
