What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising students during activities, breaks, and transitions to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment
- Helping to set up and organize sports, arts, and recreational programs — no two days are quite the same
- Guiding students with a calm, friendly presence and addressing minor issues before they become big ones
- Collaborating with teachers and other supervisors to keep the day running smoothly
- Keeping an eye out for ways to make activities more inclusive and fun for everyone
- Lending a hand with occasional school events or special projects — think of it as being part of the school’s heartbeat
