About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to help shape the daily experiences of students at one of Dubai’s most respected schools? As an Activity Supervisor in Al Garhoud, you’ll be right at the heart of student life — ensuring every day is safe, engaging, and memorable. Whether you’re new to education or looking for a fresh start, this role offers a rare chance to join a thriving academic community with all the support you need to succeed.

About the Company

The campus in Al Garhoud buzzes with energy, from lively sports fields to creative clubs and more. Behind the scenes, you’ll find a collaborative team that believes in making a real difference. Here, “prestigious” doesn’t mean stiff or formal; it means pride in our work, strong community ties, and a genuine commitment to student well-being. (And yes, the coffee in the staff room is actually pretty good.)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising students during activities, breaks, and transitions to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment
  • Helping to set up and organize sports, arts, and recreational programs — no two days are quite the same

  • Collaborating with teachers and other supervisors to keep the day running smoothly
  • Keeping an eye out for ways to make activities more inclusive and fun for everyone
  • Lending a hand with occasional school events or special projects — think of it as being part of the school’s heartbeat

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Current residence in the UAE (you’ll need to be here already to apply)
  • A positive, approachable attitude — you don’t need experience, just the right mindset
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and jump into new situations with a smile
  • A sense of responsibility and care when working with children and young adults
  • Clear communication skills — you don’t have to be a public speaker, just comfortable engaging with students and staff

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Any previous volunteer or informal experience working with young people
  • Multilingual abilities — with so many nationalities, extra languages are always a plus

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary of 5000–6000 AED per month
  • Full support with your work visa, contract, and health insurance
  • A welcoming, multicultural environment where all nationalities are encouraged to join
  • Training and onboarding — we set you up for success, even if this is your first role of its kind
  • Opportunities to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility over time
  • School holidays and a healthy work-life balance

There’s something special about being part of a school community — the energy, the laughter, the sense of purpose. If you’re ready to play a key role in a place that truly values its people, this could be your next step.
