About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever feel like you’re the glue that keeps an office running smoothly? If spreadsheets, schedules, and organized inboxes are your comfort zone, this opportunity as an Administrative Assistant & Document Controller in Al Quoz, Dubai could be your next big move. Our team is looking for someone ready to jump in, take charge of critical admin tasks, and ensure our documentation stays well managed — all while being part of a diverse, fast-paced company that values reliability and initiative.
About the Company
We’re a growing enterprise based in the heart of Al Quoz, handling projects and clients that keep us on our toes. Our team might come from all over the world, but we operate as one unit — sharing ideas, celebrating small wins, and yes, occasionally debating whether chai or coffee fuels better productivity. We value clear communication, support each other when things get busy, and believe that every role (especially this one!) is essential to our success. Accommodation is shared and lively; think community vibes, shared experiences, and the occasional friendly kitchen debate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily admin tasks — from answering calls and greeting visitors to scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Managing all types of documentation — receiving, sorting, filing, and retrieving company records (digital and hard copies).
- Assisting with visa processing and ensuring staff paperwork is always up to date.
- Tracking and logging important project documents to keep everything organized and accessible anytime — no frantic searches required.
- Supporting senior team members with general office tasks such as travel arrangements and resource procurement.
- Helping ensure compliance with company policies regarding document control and office protocol.
- Fostering a welcoming office atmosphere (a little positive energy goes a long way).
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of experience in administration and/or document control.
- Strong organizational skills — you notice when a file is out of place and keep things running on time.
- Basic computer literacy (think: Word, Excel, and getting around cloud folders).
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse colleagues.
- Able to work from Al Quoz, Dubai, and currently residing in the UAE.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary between AED3000 - AED4000 per month, depending on experience.
- Visa and accommodation? Both covered — focus on your job, not your paperwork or rent.
- Work with a truly international team; all nationalities are welcome and respected.
- Grow your admin skills in an energetic, collaborative setting — you’ll never stand still here (unless it’s at the coffee station).
- Office location is convenient to public transport, and you’ll always have someone to ask for quick directions or lunch tips.
We’re a company that knows the real work happens behind the scenes, and we make sure our team feels appreciated. If you’re reliable, organized, and enjoy keeping things moving — we’re eager to meet you.
