Whether you're a fresh face eager to learn or someone with a bit of experience up your sleeve, this role puts you at the center of keeping things running smoothly in one of the city’s busiest sectors. If you thrive in getting things organized and enjoy working where every day brings something new, read on.

About the Company

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Deira, our logistics and transport company isn’t just about moving goods — it’s about moving people, possibilities, and careers forward. Our team is a lively mix of personalities and backgrounds, reflecting the true spirit of Dubai. We believe in supporting each other, celebrating small wins (yes, sometimes with spontaneous team lunches), and keeping things transparent and honest. As we grow, we’re always on the lookout for energetic team players who aren’t afraid to ask questions and pitch in wherever needed. Here, everyone’s voice matters — from the newest recruit to the most seasoned operator.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks — think document preparation, filing, and updating logs that keep the office humming.
  • Processing and entering data with care — your attention to detail will help ensure our records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff to track shipments and resolve any hiccups along the way.
  • Assisting with scheduling deliveries and pickups, making sure everything runs on time (or as close as logistics ever gets!).
  • Responding to client and team queries via phone, email, or in-person with patience and professionalism.
  • Helping manage office supplies and basic inventory so the team never runs out of the essentials.
  • Pitching in with ad-hoc projects — from preparing reports to supporting the team during peak periods.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Basic computer literacy — you know your way around Excel and aren’t afraid of learning new software.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational habits and an eye for detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Currently residing in the UAE and able to join soon.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in admin or data entry (bonus points if it’s in logistics!).
  • Knowledge of Arabic or other languages.
  • Familiarity with logistics documentation or processes.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 2,500–4,000 per month, depending on your experience.
  • Free visa and accommodation — we handle the paperwork and provide you with a comfortable place to stay.
  • Yearly paid vacation so you can recharge and visit loved ones.
  • Diverse team: Work with colleagues from all around the world.
  • Room to grow: We value curiosity and ambition — many of our team members have moved up quickly.
  • Supportive environment: Training is part of the package, and questions are always welcome.
