What You’ll Be Doing

  • Input, update, and maintain client and candidate data using our digital systems with care and accuracy.
  • Respond to emails, phone inquiries, and visitors, ensuring everyone feels welcome and informed.
  • Support the admin team in preparing documents, reports, and daily correspondence.
  • Organize and manage office files, both digital and paper (yes, we still have some!).
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, booking appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Offer a hand during busy recruitment drives, helping the team stay organized and on track.
  • Pitch in with any ad hoc office tasks — whether that’s ordering supplies or helping set up for a meeting.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer skills — MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Attention to detail, especially when entering data.
  • A positive, can-do attitude — the kind that helps everyone get through busy days.
  • Currently based inside the UAE (all nationalities welcome).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in data entry, admin, or office assistant roles.
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
