What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the warehouse office organized and efficient.
  • Accurately entering and updating inventory data, shipment records, and delivery logs in our systems.
  • Assisting warehouse and logistics managers with reports, documentation, and coordinating schedules.
  • Responding to emails and calls from suppliers, customers, and the team — always with a helpful attitude.
  • Preparing and maintaining files, invoices, and other paperwork (yes, sometimes old-school folders still matter).
  • Supporting with visa, accommodation, and insurance documentation for staff, ensuring everything is in order for smooth operations.
  • Pitching in for urgent tasks as needed — flexibility is key in this environment.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 1 year of admin or data entry experience within the UAE (warehouse or logistics experience is a plus).
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word) and a knack for learning new systems quickly.
  • Good communication skills in English; other languages are a bonus.
  • Attention to detail — you double-check your work and spot errors others might miss.
  • Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.

Nice-to-Haves:
