What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily administrative tasks to keep things running on schedule (and off your desk by day’s end)
- Managing and updating important documents with diligence—paper trails are your specialty
- Assisting with data entry and ensuring information lands in the right place without a hitch
- Helping schedule meetings, appointments, and—very importantly—reminding folks what’s coming up next
- Answering calls, greeting office visitors, and making sure everyone finds what or who they’re looking for
- Supporting team members with ad-hoc requests, big or small, on those busy days (they’ll thank you later)
- Keeping stock of office supplies and flagging when something’s running low before panic sets in
What You’ll Bring
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and the tools you use every day)
- Good communication—friendly, clear, and always professional
- Strong organizational abilities; attention to detail is your hidden talent
- Comfortable managing multiple small tasks at once and switching gears as needed
