What You’ll Be Doing
- Entering, updating, and maintaining warehouse data with accuracy (think: shipment logs, inventory lists, delivery records)
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and document organization — a bit of everything, really!
- Liaising with warehouse and delivery staff to track incoming/outgoing goods and resolve basic discrepancies
- Assisting with daily reports for senior managers, making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintaining confidential records — your trustworthiness matters here
- Supporting the team with general office duties (printing, scanning, the occasional urgent coffee run)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of experience in admin or data entry, preferably in warehousing or logistics
- Currently residing in the UAE (any nationality welcome)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic office software (Excel, Word, Email)
- Solid English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and a knack for staying organized, even on those busy days
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience with warehouse management systems or ERP software
- Familiarity with common warehouse paperwork and processes
