What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome and direct visitors with a friendly, professional approach (you’ll probably be the first smile people see).
- Support administrative tasks: filing documents, photocopying, handling supplies, and assisting with basic data entry.
- Keep things tidy: maintain cleanliness and order in common office areas, including the meeting room and pantry.
- Run routine errands within the office and building—think delivering documents, refreshing meeting rooms, or keeping the coffee stocked.
- Assist with employee needs: sourcing simple office supplies, setting up workstations, or helping new team members settle in.
- Work closely with admin staff to ensure day-to-day operations are seamless.
- Sometimes it’s simply about being ready to lend a hand, whether that’s helping set up for an impromptu celebration or fixing the occasional printer jam.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in office support, admin, or similar roles.
- Basic understanding of office equipment and supplies.
- A positive, can-do attitude — no task is too small!
- Good communication skills and a neat, presentable appearance.
- Already residing inside the UAE and able to join immediately.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Business Bay or similar office environments.
