What You’ll Be Doing

  • Admin Assistant:

    • Support day-to-day office operations, from scheduling meetings to keeping records up to date.
    • Greet visitors and answer basic inquiries, making everyone feel welcome.
    • Help with correspondence, filing, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
  • Document Controller:

    • Organize, manage, and track important documents—accuracy and attention to detail are key here.
    • Maintain confidentiality while ensuring documents are accessible to those who need them.
    • Assist with digital and physical archiving, keeping files orderly and easy to retrieve.
  • Office Boy:

    • Help keep the office tidy and presentable—think refreshments, supplies, and general upkeep.
    • Run small errands within the office and occasionally outside, as needed.
    • Support the team with a positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever help is needed.

What You’ll Bring
