Introduction

Thinking about finding your next role where your knack for organization and people skills really shine? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant & Front Desk Executive to join us in GGICO, Dubai. It’s the kind of job that keeps you on your toes—balancing important admin work with a welcoming front desk presence. If you enjoy being a company’s “first impression” and can juggle multiple priorities, this opportunity might just be the perfect next step for you.

About the Company

Nestled in GGICO, Dubai, our company specializes in connecting talented people with the right job opportunities in today’s fast-moving market. We’re a tight-knit, diverse team that values clear communication and supporting one another—whether we’re tackling project deadlines or sharing laughs in the break room. Here, you’ll find a culture shaped by mutual respect and a shared drive to provide exceptional service, both to our clients and within our own company. We believe in giving everyone a chance to grow, and yes, “tea break banter” is a regular fixture at our front desk!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming visitors with a friendly, helpful attitude and managing the reception area
  • Answering and redirecting phone calls, emails, and general queries quickly and accurately
  • Maintaining organized records, files, and documentation—think invoices, schedules, and paperwork
  • Coordinating appointments and meeting room bookings, sometimes at a moment’s notice
  • Supporting HR and admin functions—this could be anything from preparing offer letters to managing onboarding documents
  • Handling courier services, deliveries, incoming mail, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when needed
  • Lending a hand with basic accounting entries and expense tracking as required
  • Helping the team with ad-hoc administrative projects or special assignments

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front desk role (office environment preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
  • Reliable organizational habits—paperwork, schedules, and emails don’t intimidate you!
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Presentable and professional with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Currently residing in the UAE (as per company requirements)
  • Willing to work from the GGICO, Dubai office

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the UAE’s business environment or recruitment sector
  • Strong knowledge of office equipment and multi-line telephony systems
  • Quick learner, especially if new technologies or tasks come your way

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Monthly salary ranging from AED 3200 to AED 4500, based on your experience
  • Free company visa sponsorship — no need to worry about paperwork
  • Room allowance provided to make your move (or stay) in Dubai hassle-free
  • Inclusive medical insurance, because your health comes first
  • Lively, multicultural office where everyone’s input is valued
  • Clear growth paths—if you thrive, we notice
  • Convenient location in GGICO, making your daily commute manageable

Here, you won’t just be a desk behind the front door—you’ll be at the very heart of our operation. Join us, and let’s make every day’s first impression a great one.
