Looking for Your Next Role in Dubai? Join Us as an Admin Assistant & Office Boy

Ever wondered what it’s like to be at the heart of a buzzing Dubai company, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re on the lookout for both an Admin Assistant and an Office Boy for our dynamic office in GGICO, Dubai. If you’re already living in the UAE and ready to jump into a role where no two days feel exactly the same, this could be the opportunity for you.

About Us

We’re a well-established company in GGICO known for our friendly team and a work environment that values reliability, honesty, and mutual support. Every member here—from the front desk to the back office—plays a key part in creating a workplace we’re proud of. With us, it’s not just about getting tasks done, but about helping each other succeed and making Mondays feel less like a chore. Casual birthdays, sharing lunchtime laughs, and a genuine open-door policy are just part of our everyday culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Admin Assistant

  • Handling calls, visitors, and basic office correspondence with a professional (and friendly) approach.
  • Preparing reports, maintaining office files, and ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and well-organized.
  • Supporting the management team with daily admin tasks and sometimes assisting in meetings and schedules.
  • Helping with travel arrangements or appointments, plus tackling any surprise tasks—flexibility is key.

Office Boy

  • Keeping the office environment tidy, including making tea/coffee for staff and visitors.
  • Managing office supplies—restocking pantries and keeping stationery drawers from running empty.
  • Assisting with photocopying, filing, and occasionally running errands inside the building.
  • Lending a hand to organize meeting rooms or set up the occasional event.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Prior work experience in the UAE (experience in a similar office environment strongly preferred).
  • Currently inside the UAE and ready to start as soon as possible.
  • A service-focused mindset—positive, respectful, and eager to help.
  • Basic English communication skills for office interaction.
  • Reliability to show up on time and a willingness to pitch in where needed.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of other languages (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with simple computer or office software (for Admin Assistants in particular).
  • A knack for anticipating needs—being helpful before being asked!

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-sponsored UAE visa for peace of mind.
  • Shared accommodation provided, so you can focus on work—not your rent.
  • Comprehensive medical health insurance—your well-being matters to us.
  • Supportive team and approachable management.
  • Fair, timely salary ranging AED 2,500–4,000 depending on your role and experience.
  • Located right in GGICO, with easy access to public transport.
  • Steady, stable work environment with a crew genuinely happy to welcome newcomers.

We do our best to make sure every team member feels included and valued—your work won’t go unnoticed here. If you’re looking for a reliable job where your efforts matter every single day, you’ll fit right in.
