About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking for an opportunity to become the organizational backbone of a vibrant office in Dubai? If you’ve ever found satisfaction in keeping things running like clockwork and being the welcoming face of a busy workplace, our Admin Assistant & Front Office Clerk role in Barsha might be the next best step in your career. Here’s your chance to join a team where your attention to detail and friendly approach genuinely matter — and to do it all with the dynamic pulse of Dubai as your backdrop.
About the Company
We’re a fast-paced, people-focused business that believes the office should feel both productive and welcoming. Our team hails from all corners of the globe, and you’ll find our workspace buzzing with energy (and, okay, the smell of fresh cardamom tea most mornings). Whether it’s gathering for quick catch-ups after lunch or sharing the occasional laugh over weekend plans, we work hard — but we like each other, too. We’re at an exciting moment of growth, and your contribution will truly help shape our day-to-day culture and workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and assist visitors as the first point of contact, creating a warm and efficient front office experience.
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence — you’ll become our vital communication hub.
- Handle basic administrative duties: filing, photocopying, updating records, and supporting our team with document preparation.
- Schedule appointments and organize meeting rooms to keep the office calendar humming along.
- Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and supplies — because no one likes running out of coffee!
- Support HR and finance teams with day-to-day admin tasks as needed.
- Contribute to a smooth workplace by jumpstarting ad hoc projects, errands, or event setup as they pop up.
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of experience as an admin assistant, front office clerk, or a closely related role.
- Comfort handling multiple tasks while staying organized (you know how to juggle, metaphorically speaking!).
- Warm, approachable manner — you enjoy putting people at ease, whether in person or over the phone.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, quick email responses, and a knack for learning new tools).
- Good written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Valid UAE residency (we can consider applicants of any nationality, but you must be inside the UAE now).
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary range from AED2400–AED4000 — plus free visa, accommodation, and medical insurance, so you can focus on your job (and life outside it).
- Multinational, welcoming team: Learn from colleagues with varied backgrounds and stories.
- Central Barsha location — easy commute and close to everything.
- Opportunities to grow within the company as your skills and ambitions expand.
- Supportive management: We don’t just say “open-door policy”, we actually practice it.
We believe a workplace should offer you both stability and space to grow — and maybe even a laugh or two along the way. If you’re ready for your next adventure in Dubai, we’re excited to meet you.
