What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and archiving confidential documents, both paper and digital, so nothing slips through the cracks
- Supporting daily office administrative tasks—think scheduling, answering calls, handling emails, and making sure the coffee never runs out
- Assisting different departments with their paperwork needs, whether that's updating reports or preparing presentations
- Managing the filing system with up-to-date, accurate records (your inner perfectionist will come in handy)
- Liaising with external contacts as needed with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensuring compliance with company policies when it comes to document handling and information sharing
- Jumping in to help solve minor office hiccups as they arise—flexibility is key
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Document Controller
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you spot typos from a mile away)
- A confident communicator—comfortable interacting by phone, email, and in person
- Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, and digital filing systems)
- Currently living inside the UAE and ready for immediate joining
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office or similar industry
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting gears quickly
- A proactive approach to problem solving—you don’t wait to be asked
