What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and interests, your day could include:
- Welcoming visitors and handling calls at the front desk with a can-do attitude
- Keeping track of office supplies, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Entering and updating important data — accuracy and speed are your superpowers
- Supporting HR and administrative tasks, from staff onboarding to document filing
- Managing sensitive records and contracts with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality
- Assisting with arranging meetings, preparing reports, and collaborating with different departments
- Jumping in wherever admin support is needed — no two days are exactly the same here!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in any admin, office, or clerical support role
- Comfortable with MS Office and quick to pick up new systems
- Strong communication skills — both written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a knack for problem-solving
- Already based in Dubai, or able to join at short notice
Nice-to-Haves:
- Hands-on experience in recruitment or HR administration
- Knowledge of Arabic
- Familiarity with document management or compliance processes
