What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your experience and interests, your day could include:

  • Welcoming visitors and handling calls at the front desk with a can-do attitude
  • Keeping track of office supplies, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Entering and updating important data — accuracy and speed are your superpowers
  • Supporting HR and administrative tasks, from staff onboarding to document filing
  • Managing sensitive records and contracts with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality
  • Assisting with arranging meetings, preparing reports, and collaborating with different departments
  • Jumping in wherever admin support is needed — no two days are exactly the same here!

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in any admin, office, or clerical support role
  • Comfortable with MS Office and quick to pick up new systems
  • Strong communication skills — both written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a knack for problem-solving
  • Already based in Dubai, or able to join at short notice

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Hands-on experience in recruitment or HR administration
  • Knowledge of Arabic
  • Familiarity with document management or compliance processes
