What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily mall operations to ensure a seamless experience for tenants, shoppers, and staff
- Coordinating with maintenance, security, and cleaning teams to address issues as they arise
- Assisting with administrative duties: file management, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping
- Liaising with tenants to resolve concerns, answer questions, and communicate updates
- Supporting and sometimes leading team meetings—yes, your voice counts
- Keeping detailed records of inventory, incidents, and compliance checks
- Implementing safety and emergency protocols with calm, confident leadership
- Training new staff members and ensuring everyone feels part of the team

What You’ll Bring

- Current residence within the UAE (this role requires immediate availability)
