What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily administrative tasks: from answering calls to organizing documents—no two days are the same.
  • Handling cashier duties: processing payments, managing receipts, and keeping our accounts clear and up to date.
  • Coordinating with our operations team to ensure shipments and deliveries run like clockwork.
  • Assisting clients at the front desk with inquiries and paperwork, representing our brand with a friendly smile.
  • Keeping records super-organized (digital and paper), and jumping in where needed to help the team meet tight deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Some previous experience in administration, cashier, office assistant, or a customer support role.
  • Good communication skills in English (bonus points if you know another language too).
  • Basic computer skills—comfortable with email and simple record-keeping.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
  • Currently residing in the UAE and ready for immediate start.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in logistics, shipment, or a fast-paced office environment.
  • Familiarity with cash management or simple accounting systems.
