What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily administrative tasks: from answering calls to organizing documents—no two days are the same.
- Handling cashier duties: processing payments, managing receipts, and keeping our accounts clear and up to date.
- Coordinating with our operations team to ensure shipments and deliveries run like clockwork.
- Assisting clients at the front desk with inquiries and paperwork, representing our brand with a friendly smile.
- Keeping records super-organized (digital and paper), and jumping in where needed to help the team meet tight deadlines.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Some previous experience in administration, cashier, office assistant, or a customer support role.
- Good communication skills in English (bonus points if you know another language too).
- Basic computer skills—comfortable with email and simple record-keeping.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready for immediate start.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in logistics, shipment, or a fast-paced office environment.
