Join Our New Restaurant Team in Sheikh Zayed — Administrative Roles

Looking for your next career move in Dubai’s dynamic hospitality scene? Here’s an opportunity to help launch an exciting new restaurant and café in the heart of Sheikh Zayed. Whether you’re ready to lead as Restaurant Manager, support operations as Assistant Manager, or drive our people-first culture as HR Officer, we’re assembling an admin team as exceptional as our menu. It’s not every day you get to shape a brand-new hotspot — are you ready to dive in?

About Us

Picture this: a beautifully designed restaurant and café, where every detail — from the lighting to the playlists — is curated by folks who genuinely love what they do. We’re all about high standards (and high spirits), welcoming guests from all walks of life, and creating an atmosphere where everyone can thrive. Our start-up vibe means ideas are heard, and there’s real excitement about building something authentic together. If you find yourself suggesting new ways to delight guests or streamline back-office work at your current job, you’ll fit right in. Oh, and team breakfasts? They’re likely to become a Sheikh Zayed staple.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth team coordination
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting staff across multiple shifts (yes, people-first leadership is huge for us)
  • Coordinating with kitchen, service, and external suppliers to keep everything running seamlessly
  • Handling rostering, staff performance feedback, and on-the-fly troubleshooting during busy hours
  • Managing administrative records: attendance, payroll, inventory, and compliance
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new team members (HR Officer focus)
  • Assisting with cost control, budgeting, and procurement processes
  • Collaborating closely with ownership on brand vision, standards, and evolving the guest experience

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Recent administrative experience in hospitality, F&B, or a similar customer-facing environment
  • Current UAE residency and readiness to work in Dubai
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus!)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours on a 10-hour daily schedule
  • Team-focused attitude, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience opening or launching a new venue
  • Familiarity with POS, payroll, or scheduling software
  • A knack for building team morale and positive working environments

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salaries (AED 4,000 to 8,000, depending on experience and role)
  • Accommodation provided — so you can settle in quickly, no hunting needed
  • Become part of a founding team with real opportunities to grow as we expand
  • Supportive, hands-on leadership and a collaborative, transparent culture
  • Modern workspace in one of Dubai’s most lively, well-connected neighborhoods
  • Free meals on shift, staff discount when dining with friends
  • Ongoing training, recognition programs, and team celebrations for milestones big and small

We’re building more than a restaurant — we’re aiming for a community hub where talent is noticed and fun is encouraged. If you want a seat at the table from day one, you just might find your next home here.
