What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth team coordination
- Leading, motivating, and supporting staff across multiple shifts (yes, people-first leadership is huge for us)
- Coordinating with kitchen, service, and external suppliers to keep everything running seamlessly
- Handling rostering, staff performance feedback, and on-the-fly troubleshooting during busy hours
- Managing administrative records: attendance, payroll, inventory, and compliance
- Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new team members (HR Officer focus)
- Assisting with cost control, budgeting, and procurement processes
- Collaborating closely with ownership on brand vision, standards, and evolving the guest experience
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Recent administrative experience in hospitality, F&B, or a similar customer-facing environment
- Current UAE residency and readiness to work in Dubai
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus!)
- Willingness to work flexible hours on a 10-hour daily schedule
- Team-focused attitude, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience opening or launching a new venue
- Familiarity with POS, payroll, or scheduling software
- A knack for building team morale and positive working environments
