What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure the office runs like clockwork
  • Prepare, file, and update critical office documentation (from contracts to coffee orders — both vital!)
  • Serve as the go-to for coordinating team schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Manage a steady flow of emails and phone calls, keeping communication efficient and friendly
  • Support management with regular and ad hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaise with various departments to guarantee information flows quickly and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Jump in on special projects, events, or process improvements whenever a helping hand is needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, you know the drill)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — in English (Arabic is a plus but not required)
  • Proactive attitude: you spot what needs doing and make it happen
  • Highly organized, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing
