About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered how Dubai’s most dynamic corporate teams keep everything running like clockwork? As our new Administrative Operations Supervisor, you’ll be right at the heart of it all — leading people, optimizing processes, and making an immediate impact from day one. This isn’t your typical pen-and-paper gig: we’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. If you get a buzz from solving problems and supporting a growing team (in the heart of Business Bay, no less), this could be your next breakthrough.

About the Company

Nestled in the ever-busy Business Bay, we’re a corporate powerhouse that believes great results come from great teams — and a little laughter along the way. Our Dubai office is equal parts ambition and energy, with a close-knit staff who don’t just clock in and out. Whether we’re celebrating a big win at Thursday team lunches or brainstorming workflow tweaks over coffee, we’re committed to growth, both individually and together. Our leaders are hands-on, approachable, and always open to new ideas — because around here, “the way it’s always been done” is just the start of the conversation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day administrative workflow, ensuring office procedures run smoothly across all departments.
  • Coaching, motivating, and evaluating a talented support team; you’ll spot potential and help people grow.
  • Bridging communication between departments — sometimes you’ll be the glue, sometimes the oil.
  • Taking charge of company documentation, from sensitive records to new SOPs, keeping things organized and up to date.
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and dreaming up process improvements — don’t be shy about suggesting what could work better.
  • Handling office supply inventory, facility needs, and liaising with vendors (yes, sometimes that means tracking down that urgent last-minute order).
  • Jumping in during crunch time or when unique challenges pop up — flexibility is key.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience supervising office administration or operations in a busy, multi-department environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to set (and reset) priorities when plans shift.
  • People management chops: you know how to support, encourage, and challenge your team.
  • Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (if you can run a tight ship with Excel and Outlook, you’re already halfway there).
  • Willingness to be on-site at our Business Bay, Dubai location.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in the UAE or a multinational company.
  • Familiarity with process improvement tools or office management software.
  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog are always a plus).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary plus performance-based growth opportunities.
  • Two-year Dubai residency sponsorship — let’s make the UAE home for a while.
  • Comprehensive health insurance, so you can focus on work and life, worry-free.
  • Be part of a supportive team that values learning, feedback, and a good cup of coffee.
  • Centrally located in Business Bay: easy access, lively neighborhood, and plenty of lunch spots within walking distance.
  • Exposure to diverse projects and a wide network — your efforts here will never go unnoticed.

We’re a hard-working team, but we celebrate our wins and support each other on tough days. If you’re looking for a place where your organizational talents won’t go to waste, and where every day is just a little bit different, let’s talk.

Please note: This recruitment company applies a job application fee as part of the process.
