What You’ll Be Doing
- Organizing, managing, and updating important documents—nothing escapes your careful eye
- Handling day-to-day office paperwork, from internal forms to external submissions
- Acting as a key point of contact for administrative queries, whether in person, by phone, or over email
- Maintaining digital and hard-copy filing systems with accuracy (and maybe even your own color-coded touch)
- Supporting the team in preparing reports, creating presentations, and tracking deadlines
- Assisting with basic HR and operational processes as needed
- Coordinating with government agencies or external partners to process paperwork when required
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience handling paperwork and documentation—precision matters here
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, scanning, digital archiving—you’re a natural)
- Fluent English communication: writing, reading, and speaking
- Organizational skills that keep the office humming along
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with UAE government procedures or related administrative protocols
- Familiarity with other languages (Arabic is a plus!)
