About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about playing a pivotal role behind the scenes of a company that literally keeps Dubai running safely? We’re on the lookout for driven Administrative Staff—both employees and supervisors—to help steer the heartbeat of our well-respected security services company in the Al Rigga district. If you take pride in smooth operations, love a fast-paced workday, and want your efforts to have a genuine impact, you might just be who we’re searching for.

About the Company

We’re not your average office crowd. For years, our team has helped shape what outstanding security service looks like across Dubai, blending old-school reliability with modern efficiency. Our colleagues come from all walks of life, but they’re united by a commitment to professionalism and integrity. The vibe here? Supportive, collaborative, and always teeming with a sense of purpose—Fridays, for example, mean our team gets together to celebrate small wins, share coffee (and sometimes, a good story), and set our sights on the week ahead.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations to keep the wheels turning (no two days are quite the same)
  • Providing top-tier support to managers, staff, and security personnel—think scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Coordinating meetings and assisting with visitor and client interactions in our lively Al Rigga office
  • Supervisors: guiding a small team, assigning duties, and being the go-to for advice and troubleshooting
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing important reports, and helping with audit preparations
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Jumping in on special projects—sometimes at a moment's notice—because things move fast in security

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven administrative or office support experience (security sector experience is a bonus, but not required)
  • Organized and detail-oriented; you thrive keeping things (and people!) on track
  • Good communication—whether it’s an urgent call or a friendly email
  • Comfortable with general office tech (think MS Office, printers, scanners, basic databases)
  • Professionalism in a busy, high-stakes environment
  • Supervisors: previous experience leading small teams or mentoring others

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Multilingual abilities—Arabic, English, or others—are a big plus!
  • Familiarity with compliance or regulatory documentation
  • A knack for troubleshooting both people and printer problems

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation tailored to your experience and role
  • Supportive team spirit—help is always around the corner, literally and figuratively
  • Regular staff gatherings and team activities; work is serious, but the atmosphere isn’t stuffy
  • Opportunities to learn about the essential world of security operations from the inside out
  • Convenient Al Rigga location—close to transit and some seriously good lunch spots
  • Clear paths for internal growth and promotion for those eager to advance
  • A healthy work-life balance: we value your well-being, not just your productivity

We know administrative teams are the unsung heroes of any great company—and here, you’ll be recognized as exactly that. If you take your work seriously but enjoy a dash of camaraderie and purpose, you might just find your people with us.

Note: This recruitment process includes a job application fee.
