What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating with both security staff and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Managing and updating administrative records: Think schedules, expense reports, shift lists, and client details
- Handling client inquiries and correspondence by phone, email, and sometimes in person, with a professional touch
- Assisting with the onboarding of new team members, including preparing documentation and arranging accommodation
- Supporting visa processing tasks and maintaining accurate employee files
- Monitoring inventory of uniforms, office supplies, and equipment
- Pitching in during audits or compliance checks, making sure we’re always up to standard
- Collaborating on occasional special projects—sometimes we all roll up our sleeves for company-wide initiatives
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in an administrative or security-related role (even 1 year can count)
- Good command of English—spoken and written (Arabic is a bonus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with basic office software (think Excel, Word, and email)
- Positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate in a multicultural workplace
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws or visa processing
- Prior experience working in the security industry
