What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling day-to-day administrative duties to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Coordinating schedules, documentation, and communication between security teams and management.
- Assisting with onboarding new staff, including maintaining updated personnel records.
- Providing exceptional support during periodic audits or compliance checks.
- Managing visitor logs, gate passes, and monitoring inventory for office supplies.
- Responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders and clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Supporting payroll, leave records, and visa documentation as required.
What You’ll Bring

- Prior experience in administration or in the security industry.
- Proficiency with standard office software (think MS Office suite or similar).
