What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting and welcoming guests and visitors, making sure everyone feels instantly at home
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails with a polished, professional touch (and maybe a dash of personality)
  • Managing day-to-day office tasks—organizing files, scheduling appointments, restocking supplies
  • Handling travel bookings and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
  • Pitching in wherever needed—whether that’s fixing the printer or helping prep for a company event
  • Acting as a supportive point of contact across teams, keeping the workplace positive and productive

What You’ll Bring

  • Prior experience in an administration or office support role (even if it was in a different industry)
